90-Day Parts Replacement Warranty Specification
Applicable to all commercial machinery spare parts, friction assemblies, electrical units, and consumables distributed by Bavrento. Operating manager: Ivan Petrov.
Enforceable warranty commitment
Unlike drop-shipping intermediaries who point buyers toward overseas manufacturers, Bavrento is a registered Texas business operating from 1301 Barton Springs Road. All warranty exchanges are handled directly at our Austin counter.
Clause 1.0 Scope of 90-Day Coverage
Bavrento warrants that every replacement component sold—including general replacement parts ($3.49–$239.99), maintenance consumables ($9.99–$22.99), brake pad sets ($69.99–$76.99), fuel delivery pumps ($93.99), commercial batteries ($239.99–$259.99), and high-output alternators ($249.99)—shall be free from defects in material casting, assembly tolerances, and factory workmanship for ninety (90) calendar days commencing on the date of customer pickup at our Austin facility or delivery receipt by carrier.

Clause 2.0 Replacement & Exchange Protocols
Upon notification of an alleged component failure, our parts specialist Ivan Petrov initiates the exchange protocol immediately:
- Intake Review: Customer submits invoice number and component photographs demonstrating failure or test readings.
- Same-Day Determination: The claim is reviewed within four business hours at our Austin facility.
- Replacement Pull: A replacement unit is pulled from our Barton Springs inventory racks and staged for collection or freight.
- Core Return: The removed component is returned to Bavrento for root-cause inspection and manufacturer credit.
Clause 3.0 Exclusions & Operational Boundaries
This 90-day parts warranty specifically excludes:
- Components operated without recommended lubrication or contaminated fluid systems (e.g., fuel pumps run dry).
- Physical impact damage, improper torque wrench settings, or modified mounting brackets.
- Labor costs, machine downtime, equipment rental expenses, or third-party diagnostic shop fees.
- Consumable wear resulting from normal abrasive operation exceeding standard service intervals.
Clause 4.0 Statutory Texas Consumer Disclosures
This warranty is issued under the laws of the State of Texas. Nothing herein limits or impairs any mandatory rights established under the Texas Business and Commerce Code. All arbitration or legal proceedings arising from transactions with Bavrento shall be conducted in Travis County, Texas.
